6.1Bet Acceptance and Rejection

111bat reserves the right to reject any bet or set limits without reason. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. Once a bet is confirmed it generally cannot be cancelled, except in cases of technical issues.

6.2Game Results

The results of all live casino games and slots are determined by the respective game provider's system. 111bat does not alter game results. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, it will be settled according to the state in which the game ended.

6.3Sports Betting

111bat's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 1.0% and Gold members up to 1.5%. Example: if a Silver member's net weekly loss is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

7.2Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on net losses, which is total losses minus total winnings. No cashback will be given for a week in which there is a net win. Cashback is added to the balance within a specified period and its own wagering requirements may apply.

7.3VIP Tier Changes

Users have the opportunity to move up to a higher VIP tier based on regular betting and gaming activity. If the required activity is not maintained within a set period, the tier may also be reduced. VIP benefits apply to an individual member personally and are non-transferable.

8.1Fraud and Manipulation

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of the account:
